About.”i care”

This is all about MY ADVOCACY!

Not many students would always love to go to school now-a-days — as mostly would just shrug their shoulders when in some occasions, they would kind’a sigh “i hate school”!

— but WHY?

… possibly because not most teachers “care” about them.

This is what this site is all about: to INSPIRE INFLUENCE to teachers to say “i care” more than just the lessons that they teach!

This site hopes to eliminate teachers’ usual “100% TOXIC” complaints during the whole week’s work and thrive for survival.

“We can never influence INSPIRATION if we, ourselves cannot find that INFLUENCE deep within ourselves.”

Should you want me to talk about these things in person, during Seminars/Conventions/Team Buildings/ Short Talks,  just message me here anytime:

  1. As I’ve posted in the fb, we as teachers would be a testimony of ourselves…maybe we could tell them our own stories that before ,we also felt not to go to school due to many reasons but we realized that , something bad will happen again to us like what we’ve seen around us…yong mga pulubi sa daan, yong mga walang makain, walang maipampaospital o ibili man lang ng gamot pag may sakit, yong walang malapitan sa oras ng pangangailangan, yong walang magpautang sa oras ng kagipitan…kapag di ka nag-aral o nagtapos ng pag-aral para magkatrabaho nang maayos ay ganyan ang mararanasan…and we don’t want to happen that to us di ba?…. ang ilan dyan ay naranasan ko… and i promised to myself when I was young that whatever happen I will go to school and finish my study…kahit na anong hirap, kahit walang pera, I finished my course coz I don’t want to repeat the old story of my parents na di nagsipagtapos kya sobrang hirap ang naranasan naming anim na magkakapatid…as an eldest sibling, I did my best to finish college as a self-supporting student. Ang dami ding hassles and bad trip sa school noong college days but di iyon naging hindrance to my success kc nga po ayoko nang bumalik sa dating buhay na isang kahig, isang tuka sabi nga nila….nakakaiyak at nakakafrustrate ang school experience minsan kc teacher factor talaga….kapag mahirap ka feeling mo di ka papansinin kc very shy ka…walang confidence sa sarili…. parang lahat ng sasabihin ang feeling mo mali…unlike yong mga mayayaman or feeling mayaman very confident sila kc from head to foot ok ang porma nila at di sila shy to express themselves, other professors mas gusto nila yong naiilabas sila ng studyante nila, at dahil close sila, di na sila nahihiyang makipag joke-joke sa loob ng klase, kht na apple of the eyes sila ng lahat ng classmates pag nagsasalita sila ay ok lang sa kanila kc maganda ang porma nila unlike pag mahirap ka ilang piraso lang ng damit na papalitpalit, un ng un ang suot kc wala namang iba….halos isiksik ang sarili sa isang sulok para lang present sa class, but nahihiyang matitigan ng iba….ang hirap! parang out of place ka….iisipin na lang na makatigil na nga lang kc nakakahiya!!! Siguro, kung di rin ako na challenged noon ay tumigil na lang din ako… but, when I saw others na nangangamatay sa kahirapan, nagpatuloy ako sa pag-aaral hanggang sa ako’y nakatapos, hindi man ng gusto kong course, pero ito na nga siguro yong GOD’d will for me…Thank God, thy will be done, not mine. Maybe because He will use me to be His hands to mold the little children to know the value of education and to glorify His name through His mighty works. Let us be the living testimony of GOD’s blessings. Let us not be only a teacher, but a friend, a listener, an encourager, a motivator, a counselor, and a prayer partner for them. Let them feel that we really care and love them as our own children…and most of all, remind them that GOD loves them so much…

    1. `The test of a good teacher is how well we treated them specially in public. Jesus said He loves the little children and they are precious in His sight. How I wish to deal with them fairly at all times. Thanks mam Gail for reminding me of my calling as a teacher.

  2. I, myself I honestly admit that its true mostly students now a days are shall i say hatred in going to school because of many reasons the other say paano ako makapa-aral na mama ko wala din paki alam dahil hindi rin nakapag aral, ang iba gustong-gusto mag aral kaya lang ni tirahan nga wala, kulang sa confedence sa makatuwid dahil sa kahirapan, may mga parents na welling pag aralin ang kanilang mga anak pero ang anak naman ang nabubulakbol kaya napahinto at tinatamad na mag-aral, ang iba nalulong sa druga, sa barkada, family problem, our technology is number one reason….so we as teachers is one who inspired those student that are felt helpless and hopeless as well, as a second mother we are accountable those students, we should do what are the remediation, eka nga ang pagtuturo daw ay noblest profession at isa pa tayo ang binibigay na kasangkapan ng panginoon para maituwid ang daan sa mga batang ito.i remember this quote “If you treat an individual as he is, he will remain how he is. But if you treat him as if he were what he ought to be and could be, he will become what he ought to be and could be.”.kaya tayo teachers aside from this word no drop outs, we should to be a keen observer to our students in and out….pag sunod sunod na absent, we visit them, khit sa simpling problema walang lapis, papel, baon, magulang, pamasahe, kinakain…lahat ng yan kayang kaya natin if you cared your students you can solve it without knowing.na dahil nga mahal mo ang sarili mo, trabaho mo, mga tao sa paligid mo, ang sarap ng feeling na may nakagawa ka ng mabuti sa kapwa…that is what i knew that I CARE…

      1. My experience in our school is different. Most of the students in Bangkal High School love to go to School. Even when classes are suspended they are still here in the school. I was so amused then , so I asked one student why they love to go to school, She replied ” ayaw po namin sa bahay puro utos…” But the problem with our students is.. they are physically present in the room but mentally absent… also.. very passive in the class discussion…. puro daldal at daldal.. kakainis… so I tell myself ” diskarte lang ito… So what I did is.. before starting my lesson I would say… “class please listen and participate, we have graded recitation today”… or ” class listen attentively because after discussing with you the lesson we have a long test, so please prepare your one whole…” ganun lang.. ayun attentive na sila.. hahaha

  3. We have diversity of students in school. They have different skills and abilities, attitudes and needs to address. Their uniqueness from one another is what makes them SPECIAL. It is so true that one of the biggest factors that separate a student from school is because of HIS teacher. A teacher that seems lacking care, interest and love to her students most probably a teacher for the sake of her job. In contrary, a teacher that cares a lot, spend time to her students and express her love to them is a teacher that INSPIRE and INFLUENCE them; not only to be a good student, but to be a person with high moral and value towards others.

When I was studying, I’d experienced to turn my back to school. I was afraid that time to commit any mistakes. It was my first time to be in a higher section, so everybody is expected to be intelligent….in other words, they expect a lot from their students. There was an instance that I got sick and it turned out that I had a difficult time coping with the lessons. And I felt my teachers were not too considerate about it. I got a cold shoulder to him, I was too afraid to make any little mistakes to his subject. But as the days passed by, I learned to forgive him and to deal with him every day in school. I just misunderstood him. Indeed, He has a good heart.

Sometimes, we were just misunderstood one another. But if we open our hearts and minds to everyone in anywhere anytime, a teacher to her student, a student to her teacher, and nobody has an exemptions, we will have enough time to care for one another. Care is another aspect of life that contributes to our humanity. Caring is a way of loving!^^

    1. Very True Ma’am Lida! Every great relationship started — when one begun to “care”!
And you, having experienced and processed in your heart how it is to be “cared for”, i am 101% sure that your students are more than lucky having You! Keep things UP Ma’am Lida 🙂

  4. How can I say that I CARE to my pupils?
These four letters, easy to spell and pronounce but hard to explain…..
Madaling sabihin “I care about you” sa mga pupils…
What can you do to extend your care?
How far can you go to show that you really care?
I remember my co-teacher said “na kapag may ganyang situation, tawagan mo ang parent at ipasundo.”
Itinuturing ko ang mga pupils ko as if my own children.

  6. This reminds me of my high school days. During that time, I would prefer to stay in school rather than staying in our house. It’s not because of a lot of household chores given to me as the eldest one, but because of the appreciation of the little things I do in school. I always feel that my teachers care about me.
As a teacher, I always find time to make my pupils laugh and enjoy my company. Sometimes, before I close my eyes at night, I think of my pupils,” Do they receive and feel the love and care of their parents?”Hoping and praying. And, I include them to my prayers.
“Bukas, maglalaro tayo ng luksong baka. “
    “Bukas, paunahan ulit sa addition.”
“Bukas, sino ang gustong magpakita ng talento?”
“Magaling ba kayong gumuhit? Iguhit ang inyong paboritong gawain kasama ang pamilya.”
“Pag-uwi sa bahay.yakapin si nanay at tatay at sabihing mahal mo sila.”
Ikuwento ninyo bukas kung ano ang sinabi nila.”
SURELY, TOMORROW, COMPLETE ATTENDANCE ANG CLASS KO.
Appreciate the little things our pupils do. This will surely make them feel great. Stand as a second parent. Show our care to them

  7. I’m lucky to know that all of my students love to attend their classes’ everyday. Knowing that they are special students, they always wanted to see their teachers and their classmates’ every day.
As a teacher, I’m a little bit disappointed to know that there are students hate to go to school. If they are not interested anymore to study their lessons, maybe there is something wrong here, particularly between the teachers and the parents. If this case will continue generation to generation more family will suffer and of course our economic status will lower.
Let’s rephrase the statement into a question.

Why many students hate to go to school?

Teachers usually worried about this question because they are the primarily motivator to their students. Teachers must do something when he/she noticed that his/her student is not attending his classes anymore. Actually there are many factors why students hate to attend his class, such as they feel bored when no interaction involve between them and teacher, they are pressured by their teacher, they preferred to play computer games rather than to listen oral discussions, and the most important they are less motivated. Those are only factors that teachers must know to be able to help the students from not attending their school classes.
To address, teacher must provide a different learning strategies that allow the individual learners to participate and interact during discussions. The teacher also must impose a friendly classroom environment so that rapport between teacher and students will develop. Teacher also must provide adaptive learning that can identify social possibilities that build student confidence and make students more likely to participate in large discussions. Lastly and the most important is to motivate and encourage the student everyday when they entered the classroom.

  8. ‘”I care” the word that’s easy to say but do I really care as a teacher? I often ask myself. But is it my resposibility? I asked. PeroI need to care, ako ang nanay nila sa school eh, matitiis ko ba na di sila kumain while others are enjoying their food? I do care so much. To the point na abonado ako sa canteen hehehe ok lng..basta makita ko sil;a na busog, enjoy sa mga kuwento sa mga subjects at inspired sumagot. Lalo tumawa sa joke ko. Yes I do care.. God put me into this calling…

  9. We teacher ,we are the one who will be their friends, mother, playmates specially for those who are beginners…
I will do my very best to help my pupil and to be their model so that they will be a good citizen.

  10. We knew many stories about children who hate school. There are some but not all, some are lazy in going to school. They only go to school because of allowance they got from their parent and to mingled with their classmates. There are children who are disrupted inside the classroom, they did unnecessary things to make them misbehaved. They are not interested to learn, Why? Is it something to do with the teachers or in the classroom environment? Or maybe the environment at home? It has something to do also why some children do not want to learn. As teachers, we can motivate them to learn, aside from our teaching skills. We can make actions to make the child motivated. Teachers have differences in teaching, we can do our own styles and techniques to make the child learn.
As teachers let us support their interest. I believe that all children have abilities and potentials that they may not brought out because of lack of confidence, Give each of them a chance to show their potentials in joining activities in school, like programs and contest. Teachers should encourage children by using uplifting words. Always praise them whatever they accomplished in day to day activities.
As teachers, we should show our care for children, we should demonstrate respect and feel them that they are alike. We should help each child discover their strengths and encourage them to love learning.
On their little mind, as they grow older they will remember us with our inspiring words and being influential to their success.

  11. Before I am not taking my masteral yet. I can say that my love and caring to my pupils is not a 100%. But when I start studying, I realize that there is always a reason why this child doing such thing that is not acceptable to the rules in our school.
I can say today, that I am really dedicated teacher, because I do really care for my pupils situation. Before I was easily got angry when someone is doing bad thing, I punish them by cleaning our classroom. But now I always talk to them by asking why did they do that? And when they share their stories I understand their situation, and I will give advice to my pupils.

  12. INSPIRE INFLUENCE? Do I CARE?
Influencing others is not that easy if we within ourselves cannot portray that believes or behavior. Teachers have great influence in the Life of the students. Teaching is inspiring someone to be him/ her in the future. How could we teachers do it? We can by caring about our students. If we CARE we simply LOVE our students, because of it we can influence our students to do the same way.
Even today that we are encountering different problems with our students, with our work we seem to give up in our career path. This is the challenge to us. Our dedication must be greater than those stress that we encounter everyday. Counting those stress that we have everyday is not helpful in influencing children. We should look into the positive way so that we can CHANGE those students mindset of hating school. Maybe in our past journey as students we hated school like me because of some discrimination, we feel like we are left behind, we feel like we don’t need school, or we feel it is not happy going school. This are some of the feeling that I felt during my school days. I don’t want my students to feel this way so I need to take courage in inspiring my students to love school.

  13. The developmental theories of :
    Sigmund Freud
Sigmund Freud emphasized the role of the mind in his theory. According to him the mind is responsible for both conscious and unconscious decision based on drives and forces. The Id, ego and super ego are the 3 aspects of the mind. The Id holds all of human’s most basic and primal instincts. It seeks immediate satisfaction of desires, needs and wants without any accordance to what is right and wrong. The ego or the rational level of personality, operates on reality principles. It serves as an equilibrium between Id and super ego. The super ego operates on moral principles. At this point the person is able to differentiate between good and bad, right and wrong.

  14. As parents strive hard to teach good values on their children they must see to it that they teach accompanied with love and in a very kind manner. Some parents used to impose cruel punishment on their children even at very young age. This they think kids will learn better the good values and fear to do bad. But in the heart of the young children they learn hatred instead. Worst if the child learn to retaliate because they don’t feel love anymore. The child may then develop low self esteem and inferiority. Some might want to stow away and find belonging outside of their cruel home. In the school the child also develop poor moral values when they are not respected. Act of bullying from classmates and teachers may worsen the situation.

  15. Jean Piaget cognitive development:
His theory is popularly known as” learning by doing”. The development of human intelligence is made significant through experience. Child “play” has an active role on the growth of intelligence. Let the child feel that learning is fun, it is as fun as playing games they most liked.
The beauty of any play or games is that it helps children construct an understanding of the world around. Let children explore, give them beautiful experiences, let them see real objects, touch, taste, and experiments on them. Those beautiful and sensible experiences are necessary for their growth and acquisition of knowledge.
Parents must allow their kids to join in the school field trip, trip around the school, trip in the school garden, actual work in the kitchen as supervised by their teachers.
The more satisfying experiences they engaged in, the more we can expect of their success in life.

  16. Lawrence Kohlberg (Moral Development)
Learning right from wrong through reward and punishment, living up on social expectations and learning to follow rules and regulations are the high lights of the moral development theory of kohlberg.
Parents must not just punish children on their wrong doing. They must give rational explanation for the child to better understand what’s wrong in their actions. Another is, parents must not punish children while they are at the height of their anger. They could have killed their kids as are they in great furious condition.
In teaching right from wrong or emphasizing what is accepted norms the big deal is,… were the kids really learned to adhere to what is right?, are their hearts really inclined to do good because they have acquired a God fearing heart?

  17. I remember a bible character named Joseph, the son of Jacob. During his time law on adultery was not yet very clear. But this man strongly holds on the law written in his heart. He was at that time living in Egypt and serving in the household of the Pharaoh. Day and night the wife of the Pharaoh was asking him to go in bed with her. But this young man unaware of the law did not dare to listen to the enticement of the woman. He said ” how can I do this to the man who owns you, and how can I make foolish act against my God?” the lesson I learned from that story was that… every parent must inculcate in the mind of their children the word of God as written in Joshua 8:1. I believe in the saying ..” the family that prays together stays together. Jeremiah 23:10 also reminds us ” it is not for a man who is walking to direct his own feet”. We all need guidance from above. I believe that if only parents are able to develop in their kids a God loving and God fearing heart,… this is the only way to develop high moral values.

  18. The number of out of school youth continuously growing and this problem is alarming. Moreover, the number of drop out students has the same trend. Keeping students in school seems a challenge due to various factors, economic, psychological, emotional, health conditions. Students’ poor attendance in classes is also a serious problem.
But one of the most effective way to eradicate or at least minimize this situation is through the efforts of the teacher. A teacher is an instrument to encourage and influence the attitude of students towards their school. Through the conscious effort of the teacher, she can extend assistance to their students on how to cope with their difficulties that hinder them to attend classes religiously. A teacher can refer in students to other institution that give support to poor but deserving students in the form of scholarship. By recommending the students, the teacher can create an avenue to bridge the financial challenges of his students—this is what we do in our school. Many benefactors are extending their help to give financial support to our students, the teacher-adviser recommends their students to be the recipient of these benefactors.
A teacher is the best counselor to students who are having hard time coping with the academic requirements, and to guide those students who are lacking the motivation to come to school. By providing positive classroom environment motivate the students to learn and come to school. By having fun-filled learning in the class can inspire every student. By showing genuine concern can boost the morale of our learners.——–shery funcion

  19. it is not always student’s fault, why they stop going to school. Let us face the reality that the teacher who has the great factor on how the learners behave inside the classroom. i had experienced it during my college time, i dont like going to her class. ” naku po, sya na.. mag la-library na lang ako, kaysa pumasok ako sa time nya,, mumurahin nya na naman tayo at magagalit na naman sya.” that is my dialog and it is still fresh in my innocent minds ( payag na kayo plssss ). i decided not to finish my study because of her. but someone had stop me and help me realize things. im talking about Kuya Bob, without him im not answering the comments right now. my professor almost destroy my future, she bullied me and everyone in the room na hindi nya favorite.( si kuya bob favorite nya) she uses her position, she has this attitude, its so sad. I get some motivations to continue again. and now i have my professor in my MA SPED, Im always excited every saturday during her time. i feel like i get energy from her, she is my vitamins and minerals to enjoy may MASTERS.. i like her style and everything about her. i want to thank her for everything. you bring back everything that was lost or taken from me……. thats why i really believe that TEACHERS have this great IMPACT they have something to do with the success and failure of the students.

  20. “I care”
    “Education is Relationship”
June 2006, a day when I made my first journey in education. I still remember my first step inside the small classroom with eight students waiting for their teacher. I have spent my entire life journeying with variety of wonderful students, and I think they are my reasons why I’m still teaching and continuing my professional process. As I continue my mission I’m come across to different kind of strategies, techniques, ideas, and effective way to guide my students to their potentials. I always update my repertoire in teaching. Over my 8 years in teaching I witness and take chances to identify different styles and strategies in how we keep the students inside the classroom and continue their journey in progress. I saw some strategies are good and some are not so good. We educators know the reasons why the students don’t want to school or either surrenders their dreams away. Some are poverty, low attendance, sickness, negative peer influences, family and school problems. We all know that. But what we rarely talk about is what a teachers care about the students? For me a successful education starts in valuing human connection, relationship. We educators need to know what’s happening inside the student’s home and schools. How the connection goes? A root of good foundation in education is about relationship. Students are motivated to attend classes not because they like the subjects or merely response to their responsibilities, but because they feel accepted, welcome, love and care. Students care about education if teachers/parents care about their dreams and personal needs. Education is all about understanding, relationship.
Teaching with special children is a gift, they taught me how to go beyond their limitations, they help me the real beauty of caring. Teaching with those children is not that easy, but once you connect everything follows. Journeying with them everyday, sharing with their strength and joining with their challenges is a key to educate the not only the students but the community around them. As once student told me “teacher, okay lang na mababa yung nakuha kong score, babawi nalang po ako”, a kind of statement that always tells me that they care on school required for them but they care more about in how you motivate, encourage and accept their challenges. We work together until we arrive to the objectives. We never surrender the process, together we make a difference. Students learn for the people they like. Teachers become a good educator if they care more about the human relationship. Teaching and learning process need to bring joy for both teachers and students. How powerful our education will be, if all students care about who they are, and all educators never surrender a child’s dream, and accept the power of connection. I am a teacher, a mentor, a classmate and a friend. I was born to make a difference. I believe that children won’t remember any of my lessons in school, but they never forget how I care for them.

  21. Yes, I care ……
Especially in my situation here in public school, napakalaking adjustment ang ginamwa ko. I remember my first day grabe ang mga words from my students mouth and also their behavior, that time gusto ko ng umiyak at bumalik sa aking pinanggalingang school. But naisip ko maybe God gave me this for me to be a part of their life and share them the good news.
I pray everyday, asking Him to give me strength to handle this kind of situation. Then, one day nagising na lng ako na wow I feel great napatino ko sila. Unti-unti kong pinapalitan ang nakagisnan nilang Hindi kagandahang pag-uugali. I praise God for that, glory to Him. Iyon pala ang CARE na kelangan nila.
Now, I can say na happy and naka-adjust na ako through sharing from my classmates in Umak na ganun daw talaga sa public school. Thank you classmates and most of all Thank you my dear Creator.
    God bless us caring teachers….

  22. When I was HS student.. I remembered my attitude towards my values teacher.. She’s good but there are times she always make sermon to the whole class and always make “parinig”, she was acting like pointing at someone’s misbehavior. She had felt that i dont like her because i am not attending her class for some reason. I wait inside the CR until she left our class room. She always gets mad at me everytime i came late for her class. One day i came late for the third time and she did not allow me to came inside her class. So i decided to stay at the comfort room and there i discovered my classmate is also hiding, im lucky coz im not alone. That experience i had became the start of my fear not to see her everyday, but unluckily she called up my parents for a conference. I have to attend in her class or else she will not allow me to attend at my graduation day, and because of that i dont have choice but to be patient!

And because of that experience, I have realized that I was like my students im handling now. They dont want to go to school, i cant figure out their specific and personal reason, but i am pretty sure that it is not because of me as their teacher, they have there own reason..perhaps one of the reasons is the lack of motivation and encouragement, however, I always make may class happy, i want them feel the classroom as friendly zone and give them the reasons everydaywhy they should have to attend there classes with enthusiasm.. I understand my students if there are times they dont want to come to school, i belive that there so many factors that would affect their attitudes. Continous reminders, motivations, and encouragement i think are the best way of showing that you cared for them. Embrace my student’s uniquenes, showing the sincerity to look into their personal life could help me be more passionate in my work and patient teacher.

How important is it to connect with your students in a positive way? Crucial. A productive teacher-student relationship can make a class run smoothly. Without it, nothing will. Students of all ages need to feel that their teachers like them and approve of what they do. Fortunately for teachers everywhere, there are many, many ways to show that you care about your students while still maintaining a professional attitude. There are suggestions for those teachers who want to project a positive, productive attitude while working with students. I am practicing using kind voice and words when you speak with your students.

24. It’s true that we teachers are great influence by our pupils. Pupils see us as their model, so teachers must be careful enough in dealing with children because every actions, every word we say are powerful to them. That’s why, I also trying my best to go school everyday so that what I say is what I do also.

  26. Be an inspiration to the students. What I usually do is that I motivate them to study more by mere opening them to the sad reality of life. That they can have a better life than what they have now by studying harder than what and how they do now. That they can also be teachers like me, principals, supervisors, managers, bank personnel, or whatever and however that want their future to be, if they go to school and do their very best as early as now.
As teachers, let us always show that we truly care. They can feel if it’s genuine or fake.
Let us stop whining about our students’ performance at school. Let us just give the best of what we can to keep them stay at school and keep them motivated to learn new things and prepare them for what life has to offer.
    I am a teacher, and I CARE!

  29. I think that holding the torch of education gave me the flame to inspire other and give importance to education. 21st century signifies that we as a teacher needs to double time before it is timeless. There are so many factor why our children came to hook up with the trends and detours their mind out of schooling. Such as wrong set of friends, peer pressure, low self esteem, family problems, emotional problems and anything such. I can truly say that our challenge does not limit us in terms of academic performance of our students. But we also need to fight those temptations that surrounds our youth. Values formation might be a simple word yet it gives a greater responsibility for our character. I always remember a family member that I really need to finish my education. One instance during my college days I approached one of my mentors to express my sincere gratitude to her saying ” Ma’am forgive me that I missed to visit you at your office now a days because I’m meeting up with the requirements plus I’m working in the morning and taking class in the afternoon then she replied ” Kenneth anak! it’s okay I’m always here for you ready to listen BAYAD MO NALANG SAKIN AND DIPLOMA MO. I can’t forget those words from her, so when the time comes that I got my diploma I showed it to her ” Ma’am eto na po bayad ko , salamat mo maam ng madami at niyakap ko ang Prof. ko Siya ang unang Professor na nakilala at nag assist sa akin sa unang tapak ko sa TUP Manila. Right now I’m paying it forward to my students by being an instrument of hope that once you dream dream big time and don’t let poverty to hinder your dreams, don’t let evil to rule over God’s message and to always be open to what ever thoughts that you have in your mind to your parents. So we have like 7 or 8 curriculum and my favorite is the Hidden Curriculum because you’ll allow a child to reflect share his or her experiences same thing with me so I’m sharing my experiences how I persevere for my education and in that way I may touch their lives that they don’t need to experience what I have gone through and for them to appreciate the people that surrounds them and to value what is on the table and always be thankful to whatever they receive and whatever they receive don’t forget to share it. ”People not believing in you doesn’t mean you can’t achieve it. 31. A 21st century educator should NEVER STOP LEARNING. a college degree should not suffice a 21st century educator. learning is a continuous and a life long process. it does not stop when a person finished tertiary level moreover with the teachers in the classroom. she should never stop or be contented with her college diploma because
we do have 21st century students therefore educators should also be 21st century knowledgeable. each day a teacher learns something new not just from the books of course but with the people around her and from the things that she experiences. a 21st century educator should also be ready to accept changes that may come her way of teaching. these changes are unavoidable and should be taken positively by the teacher. negativity will put a teacher down. she should also be lively despite of the many challenges because students admire teachers who look at life in a positive way.

  33. More than being an inspiration to the community . To me, teachers should possess the quality of an image of our future leaders . More than any academic accomplishments , the value and values of child must be strenghten in a way that it can be used as a tool in creating a better world . Responsibility comes from a big word and there are many aspects that defines responsibility , but the best to take charge of becoming a responsible teacher , is being a good person of good intentions who can come out good image of a good citizen that shows love and care to our countrymen . To envibe optimism , it should start from ourselves .

What we are and what we are in front of our students now is really a reflection of our past school days.I consider myself a living example of sacrificed just to reach school.I need to walk a kilometer everyday just to attend my class. No computer,no electricity to provide good ambiance and help me on working on my assignments. I always tell them that education is a wealth…Make your parents proud of you…Give back the efforts your parents did for you…Give them good grades and help yourself to be somebody someday….I’m looking forward to see you in the pedestal…to be sucessful someday…I really care for my students and I will always will…….
