How should you Synergize?

Technology is just a tool. In terms of getting the kids working together and motivating them,    the teacher is the most important. – Bill Gates.

SUCH A GREAT TRUST to us, Teachers … right?

Cooperative Process, Active involvement, Integration, Motivation, Socialization, Understanding, Connectivity, Creativity/innovation & Discovery – just to name some of the Principles that should influence our actions as to what is right and which is wrong every time we think of our “being the most important” mostly in motivating our students.

YET, what could have been wrong if we would consider some simple realities that there are some students who dread going to school or who get bored with the usual classroom routine, the never-ending “any question, do you understand?” lines subject-after-subject, and all the likes?

When we fail to “look-into” our Learners …

Would you mind taking into consideration that it would take … NOT THE BEST  — rather an “influential teacher” to make THE LEARNER LOVE “LEARNING”?

Good for us to belong to the 21st Century where we no longer just have “chalk & board”, “manila paper & pentel pen” – TECHNOLOGY already have a lot to offer variations after variations – but the thing is, do we really get to SYNERGIZE these TECHs with the Basic Learning Theories, Principles & Practices?

How then should we facilitate SYNERGY in its TOTALITY?

Do you hear what your students need? Do you also listen to your own SELF?

What does your EAR HEAR everytime you’re preparing for a lesson? Everytime you would go to your next class?

REFLECT! For it might be that “such thing which you do not hear deep within yourself would be that same response that your students would have” when you’re there in that class whose lesson you didn’t really hear beforehand.#sunset

THE REAL ESSENCE OF BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR!

Pls Read God’s Silent Message: MARK 6:7-13

If you make LOVE your motivation,

YOU CAN make this world a better place!

Yet, if you are an Entrepreneur, as I’ve said “YOU ARE” during the earlier part of this Series, YOU SHOULDN’T FALL in LOVE!

Ironic, right?

We wouldn’t really understand unless we STRIVE TO FEEL BEYOND!

Today’s Gospel while we also end this Series, SHOULD BE A GREAT REMINDER of what makes JESUS, ENTREPRENEUR: THE GREATEST BUSINESS MODEL IN THE WORLD.

Looking into Jesus’ BUSINESS STRATEGY:

  1. He REACHED OUT when He sent the 12 Apostles to perform cleaning-up tasks to the 12 tribes of Ancient Israel for whom [towards the future: Rev 21.21, 25-26] He prepared 12 Gates in the Four-Walled Glass City of God which are always open to welcome the glory of all the nations into it.
  2. He TRUSTED & WORKED WITH A PARTNER when 7 He summoned the Twelve and began to send them out two by two and gave them authority over unclean spirits.
  3. He GAVE ASSURANCE of His Presence with His Partners when 8 He instructed them to take nothing for the journey but a walking stick.
  4. He WAS CONCERNED about HOW THEY WOULD FEEL along the way that’s why He told His Partners 9 to wear sandals but not a second tunic.
  5. He PROVIDED MOTIVATION — for He was sure that there will be REJECTION all along. 11 Whatever place does not welcome you or listen to you, leave there and shake the dust off your feet.
  6. He OFFERED COMPROMISE & HEALING OF RELATIONSHIPs each time the Disciples anointed with oil those whose unclean spirits were cured.

NO ONE would ever find it easy to JUST GIVE-IN to somebody’s directives specially if along the way, we’re bringing with us the justifications of OUR PAST and the attitudes that we’ve already been used to, all the days of our life.

IN LOVE, we should STRIVE NOT TO FALL!

Falling in love is just an indication that we’re giving-in to that temptation of being impatient, stiff in understanding, EGO-CENTERED whose pride we protect against any insult because we are “in authority”, abusive, insensitive, unpredictable, hot headed, desirous of others’ approval in the midst several unrecognized pretenses which are at times at the expense of hurting another’s compromise.

IN LOVE, we should instead strive to GROW.

— no longer with our OLD SELF, no more of the baggage of the past

— enough of “doing our own thing” because we aren’t LONE-NOMADs!

God is SENDING US “TWO BY TWO” to train us TO THE REAL WORLD OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP – the LIFE that we’re ENTRUSTED WITH!

TWO-BY-TWO STARTS A FAMILY!

If WE CAN make LOVE our motivation,

WE CAN make this world a better place – but it SHOULD all begin @HOME!

— the perfect place to LEARN & EXPERIENCE that

THE REAL ESSENCE OF BEING AN ENTREPRENEUR

is to HUMBLY show that there is GROWTH IN OUR CHARACTER

and that WE are God’s presence to the people within OUR FAMILY!

Afterall, it’s never too late! WE STILL HAVE TODAY! Let’s MAXIMIZE TIME#sunset

“You are the Motivation” that You Need!

“Choose a job you love and you will never have to work                 even a single day in your life!” — anonymous

Yet,  “Push yourself to a task you dont feel like doing —            and it’s as if you’ve been working against a wall which you can never push no matter what!” — gailmontero

What could there be and what could be missing in either conditions?   “Para kanino ka ba bumabangon”? — sheryfuncion                          What could have Steven Covey meant when he said  “There are three constants in life: change, choice, principles.”? … and what does this image depict in relation to Learning & Motivation?

Beyond Teaching: Change, Choice & Principles

Come to think of it, there are times when intrinsically or extrinsically, we may rarely find such “urge” to do the right thing — but because we want to do our social responsibility,  what then could be that “urge” and why do we need to find it?

What is it that we really need to have for us to be able to give?

education, learning, motivation, school, transfer of learning.
What is it that we need to have?

Let The Learner Love Learning

When we fail to “look-into” our Learners …

Would you mind taking into consideration that it would take … NOT THE BEST  — rather an “influential teacher” to make THE LEARNER LOVE “LEARNING”?

From SIMPLE TO COMPLEX, Psychological Foundation of Education suggests that there is the need to look-into THE LEARNER all throughout his levels of development  from Infancy  to Old-Age.

Probing into the fulfillment of his Biological & Physiological needs, The Learner should be provided various amounts of experiences to help him reach a certain level wherein he should be able to perform some developmental tasks until Maturation is  attained.

Although development could naturally be sequential/chronological, the rate of improvement could possibly be different in every individual due to Heredity and Environment — which brings about INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES.

However, despite such disparities, each Learner is  naturally endowed with Positive Attitude such as: Curiosity, Persistence & Responsibility coupled with their “innate” Ability, Aptitude, Attitude & Interest.

Danger is … when “The Teacher” is not equipped with some amount of CREATIVITY to address  certain difficult episodes — just because he did not take time to take into consideration his students’ individual characteristics and  differences in developmental levels.

As I’ve previously conceptualized,  “Not many would consider looking at the learner and its kind before going through the many strategies which a teacher can utilize.” Learning who the Learner Is”, should be an integral factor to consider for a teacher to succeed in the kind of experience he could create in each of his Learner! https://plus.google.com/111650383278180869270/posts/XCUL6BsHPLv

Thus, we should, in one way or the other, help ourselves become “influential” by  “pondering-on” these:

motivation, learning, the learner, psychological foundation of education
Teachers should be the first “learners” — pondering on concepts like these!
